Refund Policy

The order can be cancelled before the shipment is dispatched, the seller reserves the right to deduct only the order payment transaction fees, which is estimated 3% of the order, and the refund of the remaining amount, without bearing any responsibility regarding the difference, due to the exchange rate between the currency in the country of the seller and the currency in the country of the client.

If the order is cancelled after the order is dispatched, a cancellation fee will be applied, however the client must wait for the shipment to arrive and pay all the fees, including custom duties, taxes and any other fees/expenses requested by the shipping company at the time of delivery, and keep all the original payment receipts, to get the correct refund of all the payments done by the client, then the client must forward the parcel, together with all the original receipts of the paid fees and taxes, to the address provided by the seller. After receiving the returned shipment from the client, the seller will check the shipment with all its parts, and make sure is still in the same original package and it has not been opened or used at all, and no damages occurred to the parcel content during the shipping, after then the due refund will be issued to the client.

After that, the fees, custom duties and the taxes will be refunded to the client, after deducting the penalty stated by the seller, in the terms and conditions, accepted by the client at the time of the purchase.

If the parcel has been damaged during the shipping, the client must reject the delivery because the material has been damaged during the shipping, and this reason must be stated at the time of the hand over and accepted by the shipping company as the reason for rejecting the delivery, then the client must wait until the refund of the damages by the shipping company is completed, after then a full refund will be issued to the client.

If the client rejects the delivery, the seller has the right to charge the client with the cost of the shipping to the client and the cost of the return shipping to the seller, in addition to the penalty stated by the seller at the time of the purchase, in addition to the payment transaction fee of the payment of the order, which is estimated 3% of the order, the seller will refund the remaining amount, without bearing any responsibility regarding the difference due to the exchange rate between the currency in the country of the seller and the currency in the country of the client.
